First, I want to thank you for receiving this newsletter. These days, there are so many offers on so many web sites, that you have to be very choosy about what you sign up for. I am honored that you chose to read this one!

Some of you have been with me since the first edition in January 2010.  Over those 3 years, you have written to me with your suggestions, your observations and your criticisms. I am grateful to have "met" you & heard from you. Thank you!
