Yesterday, I posted a new video in answer to a question from one of my subscribers on YOUTUBE. He told me that when he holds a long-held note, his pitch is not stable. An intriguing problem! And as you will see, solving this issue can improve other aspects of your life, too!Â

When I was preparing to shoot the video, I realized again how the challenges of singing can help us with other hugely important facets of our lives. Especially as we grow older. To hold that long note, you need to have focus and concentration. You need to commit to that one glorious tone with all of your mental muscle. In doing this kind of singing work
we are also toning our "life muscles."
